5 years ago I was looking for a Heath Coach who was Plus Size and could help me with clean eating. The choices were very few and far between. So, I decided to be my own Heath Coach.

I know first hand these challenges as I worked shift work in a call center. Every week, I had a different start time. Some weeks I worked Thank while others I worked Monday to Friday. The only constant at work was the constant change of my schedule.

Shift work meant that I shopped for groceries when I had a day off; it meant meal prepping when I could; it meant working out when I could. So when my dear friend Jennifer told me about a clean eating group that she was running, I jumped at the opportunity to learn more tips about eating healthy.
